3 LLM Programs in European Law in Leiden, Netherlands 2023
LLM is Latin for Legum Magister, signifying Master of Laws. Our Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program in American Law is a one-year graduate program. Foreign law graduates who successfully complete the program are awarded the degree “LL.M. in American Law.”
A Bachelor’s degree in European Law is concerned with the Laws and Regulations within the European Legal systems. Students will develop debating skills, and study subjects such as EU law foundations, Tort Law, international Law and more. Graduates can expect to perform different roles in situations that knowledge of the European Legal System is required.
The Netherlands is a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, consisting of twelve provinces in North-West Europe and three islands in the Caribbean. English speaking students will have no problems finding suitable courses. For international students applying to universities in the Netherlands, several scholarships are available.
