Presentation and objectives

The relevance that the phenomenon of the union of people engaged in the exercise of commercial activities has in society is beyond doubt. At present, commercial companies acquire an extraordinary role, as they are considered the most appropriate instrument for the exercise of any economic activity, especially after the profound reforms produced in recent times. We refer to the one contained in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Capital Companies Law and the most recent ones carried out, among others, through Law 14/2013, of September 27, Law 31/2014, of December 3, or Law 5/2015, of April 27. As has been shown, the reforms that this regulation has undergone highlight its importance in the economic and legal sphere.

We consider that this is one of the areas of the legal profession with more projection and in which, perhaps due to its difficulty, there are fewer professionals, so the offer of a postgraduate course taught by professionals dedicated to the subject is more than justified. –Lawyers, Judges and Professors of the University-, all of them specialized in this field.
