Private law is a complex field of study. It pertains to the different ways that individuals relate to each other. Students learn about contracts, torts, property ownership, the transfer of real estate and family law.

Universities in Turkey provide either two or four years of education for undergraduate studies, while graduate programs last a minimum of two years.
