International law involves the negotiation and enforcement of agreements between countries that may not share the same legal standards, both in criminal and civil capacities.

Uganda's education system has the most rigorous academic and educational standards in East Africa. An increasing number of students from the West are choosing in many of the universities in Uganda.Foreign students are attracted to studying in Uganda because the country is considered relatively safe and stable compared to other countries in Africa.

LLM is Latin for Legum Magister, signifying Master of Laws. Our Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program in American Law is a one-year graduate program. Foreign law graduates who successfully complete the program are awarded the degree “LL.M. in American Law.”
