The Postgraduate Law Program (PPGD) began its trajectory in 2013, with the approval of the Master's Degree in Law - concentration area “law and society” - which, reaching grade 4, can plead with CAPES the offer of the Doctorate. On June 6, 2019, the new course proposal was approved. Thus, the Postgraduate Program in Law was consolidated, having as fundamental for research the following questions: a) the positivization of Law and its fulfillment by society; b) the observation of social changes and the perception of how they influence and modify the Law; c) the distance between the positive text and the Brazilian social reality. -
